A Colourful Bedroom Update for Spring
We all need a reminder that spring is on its way at this time of year, and what better way than refreshing the bedroom with some new bedlinen?
New from Clarissa Hulse is this Fern Stripe in Neon duvet and pillows set that was inspired by a visit to the Caribbean island of Grenada. Clarissa was blown away by the intense colours and foliage on the island and she translated her photographs and sketches into this wonderful tropical design.
The image is also a good lesson in how to keep the basics and decoration of a room neutral so that you can ring the changes just by swapping a few accessories. A really good (and inexpensive) design trick that will keep your room schemes alive and seasonal.
It’s also a look that’s easily achievable from the high street.

Must be telepathy – I was just looking for inspiration for redecorating a small wooden house in the Polish mountains, so something rusticy with a modern touch – and your picture is just the business, the wallpaper is really funky, it looks so real, and the bed is just perfect. Thank you – looking forward for more inspirational pictures.
