Those who know me (or read this blog regularly enough) will know that I like to mix high-end with high-street. There’s nothing wrong with that. It’s a well known trick among fashionistas. They know that you should spend the big bucks on the things you know are going to last forever, and spend less (much less) on this seasons passing fad. There’s not much point in spending lots of money on something that will look dated next year after all. And the same goes with fashion trends in the home. So I don’t mind admitting that I often look at the high street chains with interest at the change of seasons. You can be sure that they have done their research about what will be popular and will be offering up some tempting morsels for those of us who just want to add a few things to our existing schemes to make sure they are bang-up-to-date.
This Autumn, Dunelm have five new ranges hitting their stores.
