Mombasa

Before Wood Works Brighton was established, brothers Francois and Rene worked as site carpenters renovating and converting one bedroom flats into two bedroom flats around the Brighton area. During this time, both brothers went travelling for long periods, with Francois backpacking across the globe. Rene and Francois reunited again in 2009 to develop a unique style and approach to handcrafted kitchens. Wood Works Brighton Ltd was officially established in a workshop space under a Brighton train station. Whilst based in Brighton, the team completed many shop fits, from Cafes to Coffee Shops. In 2016, Wood Works decided to move out to the beautiful Sussex countryside. Here they have continued to grow into the domestic property renovation market, with their team of six interior designers, architects and builders creating beautiful bespoke kitchens and furniture for their clients.
