One for the Big Kids; Zoology Wallpaper

February 10th, 2014 | Posted by deardesigner in Interior Design

Zoology is a classic design that was first produced in 1974 by Swedish company Druro. It was created by the architect Klas Kock who used an imaginative, graphic animal design to weave a pattern across the surface print. It’s now being produced in a limited edition colourway by Turner Pocock Cazalet who felt there was a shortage of good kids wallpaper on the market.

The grey colour used is one that will suit either boys or girls and is actually sophisticated enough to appeal to us grownups too. Just imagine it with pops of fuchsia or even yellow, as well as in a more neutral room with black and white framed prints. Lovely.

And children and adults alike will love identifying the ark of animals in the maze of lines!
