Hello,
Thanks for dropping by, I’m Carole and I’m an Interior Designer in the London area.
I trained at the renowned KLC School of Design and I’m an Associate Member of the British Institute of Interior Design (BIID).
I started this blog as a way to collect and share anything that inspires me, whether it‘s a designer’s portfolio, a gorgeous house, a jaw dropping hotel, a fantastic new product or a beautiful shopping website. The odd celebrity home might creep in too.
Occasionally I’ll share a personal project.
When I’m not designing or blogging, I’m either backpacking around the world or re-arranging my friends’ bookcases. I’m not even joking.
If you would like to contact me for advice, or just to say hello, I would love to hear from you.

Carole, i’ve just bought a victorian masionette in highgate. It is in need of some real TLC and i really need some help/advice as ive never embarked on something like this before. I want to add a modern dimension but keeping with some of the lovely period features such as the book cases and staircase. The lighting is also something that needs to be addressed. Im on a really tight budget as everything went into the house but am in desperate need of someone with experience. CAn you help!? yours sincerley Ash
